Edit PDF provides a page preview for adding text, images, freehand drawings and a handwritten signature. Existing text is not edited. Added elements are flattened into transparent image overlays; original page content remains. A handwritten signature is not a cryptographic digital signature.
Merge files in queue order; split, extract, remove or reorder pages; rotate, number or watermark pages; crop visible page bounds; flatten form fields; optimize PDF structure; or compress image-heavy PDFs by rasterizing their pages. Crop does not redact hidden content. Raster compression loses selectable text, annotations, forms, links and signatures and can increase file size. Structural optimization does not guarantee a smaller file. Digital signatures are not preserved by editing.
Document conversions extract text and rebuild a simple document. They do not preserve original layouts or images. PDF to PowerPoint preserves each page as an image, not editable slide elements. PDF to Excel/CSV extracts page numbers and text lines, not reconstructed tables. SVG output embeds a rasterized page. For printed scans, use OCR PDF with English or Bulgarian recognition. Accuracy varies; always review recognized text.
Document inputs are limited to 25 MB. ZIP containers are limited to 500 entries and 64 MB expanded. Spreadsheets support XLSX, CSV, TSV and row-array JSON; the first or named worksheet is exported, using cached formula results. PDF page conversion supports up to 50 selected pages. ZIP and uncompressed TAR can be repacked; RAR/7Z are not supported.
